Matthew’s Kitchen presents a modern, ingredient-led approach to seafood. We source our fish and shellfish daily from Billingsgate Market, work closely with local meat suppliers, and use seasonal produce wherever possible to create balanced, flavourful dishes served with genuine hospitality.
